Guarantor's Document:

Documents required for visitors with a guarantor in the UAE.

  1. Copy of the guarantor's passport and visa pages (both valid for a minimum of 3 months).
  2. A security cheque of AED 5500 for each visa. This cheque will only be utilized in the event that the visitor absconds.
  3. The most recent bank statement, which should support the cheque and be from the same account, showcasing satisfactory transactions.

Documents required for visitors without a guarantor in the UAE.

  • Family visitors may not be required to make any deposit. Instead, they can make their hotel, airline, or tour bookings with us at the best-guaranteed prices.
  • Certain visitors, excluding families, must pay a security deposit of AED 5500. Although this amount is fully refundable, please note that we will only reimburse you after receiving a scanned copy of your passport page with the UAE Exit stamp. This step is crucial in ensuring that you have not overstayed and have already left the country.

Important Note:

  • You have the option to book the return ticket and hotel through us at discounted rates.
  • If you are an Indian citizen, you may not need to provide guarantee documents after they have been reviewed by our visa team.
  • For passengers traveling with families and children, there may be no requirement to submit guarantee documents.
  • Passengers who have already made hotel reservations and booked excursions with TTC do not need to provide any guarantee documents.

Terms & Conditions

  • If you plan to enter the UAE by road, please note that you will need to have the original visa copy issued by immigration. This will incur an additional cost of AED150 per person (courier charges may apply).
  • Please be aware that visa processing can only begin once all necessary documents have been completed and payment has been cleared.
  • All visa applications are for single entry only.
  • To ensure a smooth process, we recommend applying for a visa at least 5 to 7 days prior to your arrival. It takes us five working days (Sunday to Thursday) to process your visa. If your application is held by immigration, it may take an additional two days for visa approval.
  • Once your visa has been approved by the UAE Immigration Authority, we will send you a copy via email. Please print out this visa copy and present it at the passport control section of the airport. The original copy of the visa is not required.
  • If you plan to enter the UAE by road while traveling, you will need to possess the original visa issued by the immigration authorities. Please note that there is an additional cost of AED 150 per person for obtaining the visa copy (courier charges are extra).
  • The approval of the visa is solely at the discretion of the immigration officials. The Travels Company & Travels cannot be held responsible for any rejection of your visa application. Furthermore, please be aware that the TTC cannot guarantee the approval of all visa applications. Once your visa application has been submitted to the Immigration Department, the visa application fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether it is approved, rejected, or if you are unable to travel to the UAE after approval.
  • Some airline service providers may require passengers to obtain an 'Ok to Board' approval, which should ideally be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. If needed, the TTC can assist you in obtaining this approval for an additional fee.
  • If your visa application is rejected by the UAE Immigration, we will provide you with a copy of the denial for your records.
  • If the traveller is unable to travel after the visa has been issued, a fine of AED100 will be deducted from the guaranteed amount.
  • If a tourist fails to leave the country by the specified date, a penalty of AED150 per day will be deducted from the guaranteed amount.
  • In case a traveller on The Travels Company's sponsored visa overstays due to imprisonment or committing a crime, the guarantor's security cheque will be deposited.
  • After leaving the country, we request that you send us a copy of the page in your passport with the UAE immigration's exit stamp. This will serve as proof of your departure and allow us to verify it in our online system.
  • The security cheque will only be refunded once your departure from the country has been clearly confirmed.
  • The guarantor is responsible for collecting your security deposit within three months after your traveler leaves the UAE. Alternatively, you can request us to cancel the cheque and destroy it by sending an email. If the security cheque is not collected within three months, TTC will cancel and destroy it according to company policy, and will not be held responsible.
  • Having a reliable travel insurance plan is essential to handle unexpected events such as medical emergencies during your trip. If you do not have one, TTC can assist you, but charges will apply.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER DURING TRAVEL

  • Please make sure you have a valid and confirmed return air ticket.
  • It is also necessary to have a confirmed accommodation booking in one of the hotels in the UAE.


REASONS FOR VISA REJECTION

When applying for a visa in the UAE, the following ten points can be the reasons for the rejection or disapproval of your visa:

  • If a female visitor under the age of 25 plans to travel alone, her visa application is likely to be rejected.
  • The application submitted with handwritten copies of passports from nationalities such as Pakistan and Bangladesh will be rejected by the UAE immigration.
  • If an applicant is blacklisted or has committed a serious offense, their visa application will be denied after being proven to the UAE immigration.
  • In case the applicant had a residence visa previously and left the UAE without cancelling it, their application may get rejected.
  • If an individual previously applied for a tourist visa but did not enter the country, their application will be denied. To reapply, the previous visa should be cancelled.
  • If the photo used in the passport copies is blurry, there is a high chance of your application being delayed or rejected.
  • If the applicant's profession is stated as a labourer, cultivator, or any other unskilled task, their visa application will be rejected.
  • Errors in typing in your visa application can result in its disapproval.
  • If a person has previously applied for a work visa through a company in the UAE and was not able to enter the country, they are not allowed to apply for a new visa for a minimum of six months. There is a possibility that the visa processing for individuals with the same personal information, such as name and place, may experience delays or possibly even be cancelled.
