We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate reasonable cancellation requests in accordance with the terms of our service providers.
Cancellation Time Frame
Customers may cancel their booking within 24 hours of order confirmation to be eligible for a refund.
Refund for Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be made to the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your card-issuing bank.
Non-Refundable Situations
Some bookings may be non-cancellable and non-refundable, particularly if they fall under promotional or last-minute deals. These terms will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
