About The Experience

Check out some of the hotel’s most compelling and majestic sections as you pass through the world’s largest atrium, and make your way to the luxurious (and one of the priciest) ever Royal Suite. Besides ample exciting photo ops, more attractions await you on this 90 minutes tour, with the Experience Suite

Important Information

  • Starting Point:  Jumeirah Beach Hotel - IBAA Ticketing Lounge.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts.
  • Photography is not allowed in the main Atrium and on the first floor. 
  • Those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
  • Children 0 - 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge, proof of age may be required.
  • Transfers will be provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
  • Please wear a decent dress code. shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed. 
  • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
